Lemoine is a very good writer. His plots are well developed, the characters interesting and most of the action is realistic. I say that most action is realistic simply because I know nothing about either the special ops community or high-performance jet fighters and their tactics.I do have doubts about the effectiveness of a handful of men with various levels of training against a much larger well trained force, but the underdog winning against the odds is such a staple of action-adventure stories that Lemoine can't be faulted for invoking the scenario here.
I feel the "bad guy" was revealed to the reader a bit early but the author did a craftsman's job of guiding the protagonists through peeling the layers of the onion until the antagonist was revealed.
I've read all four books in the series and highly recommend them as a good "beach book" read.

Great series. Fast reads. Very enjoyable. Need to get book 5 on the market. Best wishes for continued great writing career.
Good story line, picking up on the previous novel but able to stand alone. Lacking gratuitous sex, which is a good thing. Action packed, feasible, suspenseful.
The first three of the spectre books were very engaging. This book is addictive, and moves with great speed. You don't want to put it down. I'm looking forward to his next book.
Well done. Not predictable in the critical points. Good character development. Excellent plot. Kind of a trite comment but it was hard to put down. I will follow this author.

The author has a way of capturing your imagination. I love the fast paced action and great conversations that keep you interested in this book. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.
I recommend this book to everyone! I could hardly put the book down because of all the twist and turns. I feel the movie industry should take a very close look at making a movie out of the Spectre Rising series books. Great job C. W. Lemoine!!!!
